- You own what you make. We're not liable for losses from using the service.

1. What parcosts is
parcosts builds and gives away free versions of everyday software tools. Each parcosts tool is our own work, offered as a free alternative to a commercial product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Calendly, Smartsheet, Intuit/Mint, DocuSign, DocSend, Notion, or any other brand named on this site. Those names are used only to help you find the equivalent tool.
2. Young software, offered as-is
parcosts tools are built fast by a small team and improve every week. They come with no warranty of any kind. Features may change or break, and data may be lost. Don't use parcosts for anything where downtime or a leak would seriously harm you.
3. What not to upload
Please don't upload things you couldn't afford to lose or leak — government IDs, medical records, credentials, payment-card data, or trade secrets. We encrypt documents at rest and isolate accounts (see the Security note), but we don't guarantee that is enough for your obligations.
4. Signatures and document tracking
parcosts Sign and parcosts Rooms are provided for convenience. We make no representation that a parcosts signature is legally binding or that our records meet any evidentiary standard. For anything that must hold up in court or satisfy a regulator, use a product built for that.
5. Your account and your content
You sign in with Google. You keep ownership of what you create and upload, and you're responsible for having the right to use and share it, and for keeping your own copies. We may remove content or suspend accounts that abuse the service or other people.
6. Pricing
There are no subscriptions. Most actions are free because they cost us almost nothing to run. Actions with a real marginal cost — sending an email, storing or serving a document — are billed at our actual cost plus a 10% margin, itemized on a receipt, and drawn from a prepaid balance you add when (and only when) you want a paid feature. We show the price before you incur it. Amounts paid into your balance are non-refundable once spent, and paying for usage buys no warranty or uptime promise beyond what these terms provide.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, parcosts and its maker are not liable for damages arising from your use of the service, including lost data or unauthorized access. The service is provided "as is" and "as available."
8. Changes
We may change these terms or the service. Continued use means you accept the current version.
